| 2 | apples |
| 1/2 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 1 1/5 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/3 | cup oatmeal |
| 1 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | tbsp sugar |
- peel and cut apples into small pieces, toss with lemo juice and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Put in a baking dish
- mix melted butter, oatmeal, sugar and remaining cinnamon
- Place over the apple. Bake at 180C for 30-40 mins
