| 1 | cup peanut butter |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | tsp vanilla extract |
- Beat egg then combine all ingredients.
- Drop 1-inch balls of dough onto cookie sheet and press down with fork to form cross-hatch pattern on top of cookie.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy.
