coconut oats cookies

Ingredients
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp butter
3/4 tsp golden syrup
1/8 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp water
Directions
  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. melt butter with syrup then add to dry ingredients

  3. add boiling water and baking soda

  4. mix quickly

  5. bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes
