Chicken Shashlik Recipe

Paki dish

Ingredients
1 lb chicken
2 green bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 1/2 tbsp fat free yogurt
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp black pepper (grounded)
1 1/2 tsp red pepper powder
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and put on skewers. Brown in a non stick pan with little oil. Simmer till chicken is tender.
