| 1/2 | tsp mustard powder |
| 1 | tsp black pepper (grounded) |
| 1 1/2 | tsp red pepper powder |
| 1/4 | tsp ginger paste |
| 1/4 | tsp garlic paste |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 2 | tbsp tomato ketchup |
Mix all ingredients well and put on skewers. Brown in a non stick pan with little oil. Simmer till chicken is tender.Categories
