Whole wheat pizza dough. A slightly healthier alternative to regular pizza dough.... has a nice sweet, hearty taste.
| 1/4 | oz yeast |
| 1 | cup warm water |
| 1 | tbsp. honey |
| 2 1/2 | cups whole wheat flour |
- Sprinkle yeast into the very warm water.
- Add honey.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Add flour and work to form dough.
- Knead and place in lightly oiled bowl.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 45 minutes.
- Punch dough down and spread onto the pizza pan.
- Spread with toppings (calculate separately) and bake!
