Whole Wheat Pizza Dough Recipe

Whole wheat pizza dough. A slightly healthier alternative to regular pizza dough.... has a nice sweet, hearty taste.

Ingredients
1/4 oz yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp. honey
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions
  1. Sprinkle yeast into the very warm water.

  2. Add honey.

  3. Let stand for 10 minutes.

  4. Add flour and work to form dough.

  5. Knead and place in lightly oiled bowl.

  6. Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 45 minutes.

  7. Punch dough down and spread onto the pizza pan.

  8. Spread with toppings (calculate separately) and bake!
