Strawberry Breakfast Wraps Recipe

A creamy strawberry breakfast wrap, good for breakfast on the go.

Ingredients
10 medium strawberries
10 tbsp ricotta cheese, part skim
1 oz jam, strawberry
5 flour tortilla
Directions
  1. Cut strawberries into slices and place in the center of on an open flour tortilla.

  2. Put 2 tbsp on ricotta cheese and 1 tsp of strawberry jam on top of the strawberries.

  3. Fold tortilla over the fillings (similar to a burrito).

  4. Store in the refrigerator.
