| 10 | medium strawberries |
| 10 | tbsp ricotta cheese, part skim |
| 1 | oz jam, strawberry |
| 5 | flour tortilla |
- Cut strawberries into slices and place in the center of on an open flour tortilla.
- Put 2 tbsp on ricotta cheese and 1 tsp of strawberry jam on top of the strawberries.
- Fold tortilla over the fillings (similar to a burrito).
- Store in the refrigerator.
