Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

Phase 2-South Beach Diet. Light, fruity salad dressing good for summer salads! Use suger-free or no-sugar added jam for low carb benefits.

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Jam, Pure Raspberry
Directions
Add all ingredients in salad shaker and shake until well mixed. Depending on how thick your jam is, you might have to use a whisk or even a blender.
