Grandma Pat's Baking Powder Biscuits Recipe

Makes 12 servings


a low calorie biscuit made form scratch

Ingredients
3 cups of flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp margarine
1 cup of milk
Directions
  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and margerine in a large mixing bowl

  2. until mixture is manageable. Add milk. Place resulting dough on

  3. floured

  4. surface, pat into shape, Handle dough as little as possible. Turn over

  5. and shape with hands. Use cutter to cut dough into biscuits. Place in

  6. a greased pan(square or oblong baking pan). Bake at 375 degrees about

  7. 15 - 20 minutes
