| 7 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 2 | tbsp dry yeast |
| 1 | tbsp salt |
| 3/4 | cup granulated sugar |
| 1/2 | cup canola oil |
| 2 1/2 | cups water |
Combine all ingredients. Knead well. Let rise once until doubled in size. Punch down. Shape into challot. Let rise again until doubled. Bake until golden brown.Categories
