Pad Thai
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
| 500 | g chicken breast, meat only |
| 130 | g onion, sliced into long strips |
| 300 | g bell peppers, red, sliced into long strips |
| 2 | tsp garlic, minced |
| 160 | g angel hair pasta, or tagliatelle, cooked |
| 1 | tbsp soy sauce |
| 1/3 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 1 | tsp sesame oil |
| 1 | tsp sesame seeds, for sprinkling |
- Heat the oil in a large wok.
- Add the onions, chicken and red pepper. Cook for several minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add the garlic and cook for another few minutes.
- Toss in the pasta.
- Season with soy sauce, cayenne pepper and sesame oil.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkling of coriander and sesame seeds
