Pad Thai Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Pad Thai

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
500 g chicken breast, meat only
130 g onion, sliced into long strips
300 g bell peppers, red, sliced into long strips
2 tsp garlic, minced
160 g angel hair pasta, or tagliatelle, cooked
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a large wok.

  2. Add the onions, chicken and red pepper. Cook for several minutes, stirring continuously.

  3. Add the garlic and cook for another few minutes.

  4. Toss in the pasta.

  5. Season with soy sauce, cayenne pepper and sesame oil.

  6. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of coriander and sesame seeds
