Prawn Curry
| 360 | g prawns, cooked, shelled |
| 210 | g cauliflower, chopped, boiled, no salt |
| 1 | medium onion, diced |
| 100 | g plain yogurt |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 2 | small potatos, diced, boiled, no salt |
| 110 | ml water |
- Marinade prawns in yoghurt and 1 packet of Tikka Masala spice paste (50g) for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat oilve oil in pan. Add onion and stir fry until soft.
- Add marinaded prawns, cauliflower and potato.
- Stir fry for 3 minutes, add water.
- Bring to the boil and then simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
