Prawn Tikka Masala Recipe

Prawn Curry

Ingredients
360 g prawns, cooked, shelled
210 g cauliflower, chopped, boiled, no salt
1 medium onion, diced
100 g plain yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 small potatos, diced, boiled, no salt
110 ml water
Directions
  1. Marinade prawns in yoghurt and 1 packet of Tikka Masala spice paste (50g) for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Heat oilve oil in pan. Add onion and stir fry until soft.

  3. Add marinaded prawns, cauliflower and potato.

  4. Stir fry for 3 minutes, add water.

  5. Bring to the boil and then simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
