veggie soup w/ground turkey

Makes 9 servings

This is a vegetable soup with a chicken broth base. Ground turkey for flavor and protein.

Ingredients
2 onions, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
2 yellow squash, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 cups green beans
29 oz. diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon pepper
1 dash salt
Directions
  1. Cook ground turkey flavor with some pepper

  2. Add onions, peppers, carrots and celery and cook for a few minutes. Season with pepper.

  3. Add squash, diced tomatoes, green beans and chicken broth.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
