Chocolat Chip and Cinnaon Cake Recipe

Ingredients
200 g self raising flour
200 g sugar
3 medium eggs
150 g butter
2 tbsp cinnamon
100 g of chocolate chips
100 g icing
Directions
  1. set your oven to 170 c

  2. mix the butter and sugar togethre until the sugar has bin consumbed by the butter

  3. add the flour to this and add two eggs

  4. mix on with an electric mixer for about 30 secounds

  5. add the final egg, the boost the eectric mixxer up to highest speed

  6. trun off the mixer and ad the cinnamon and chocolate chips

  7. the mix until smoth consistancy

  8. line a nine inch cake tin with eihter grease proof paper of butter

  9. pour the mix into the cake tin and spreed evanlyusin a knife

  10. place in oven for 50 minits

  11. after cooking leave for ten minits then remove from the tin

  12. leave for a further 45 minits

  13. then coat the cake in the chocolate icing
