Crockpot Fruited Pork Recipe

Just three ingredients make the most wonderful rich and hearty pork dinner recipe.

Ingredients
2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
1 1/2 cups dried mixed fruit
1/2 c apple juice
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Directions
Place pork in 3-4 quart slow cooker and top with fruit. Pour apple juice over pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours until pork is tender.
