| 2 | lb. boneless pork loin roast |
| 1 1/2 | cups dried mixed fruit |
| 1/2 | c apple juice |
| 1/2 | t salt |
| 1/4 | t pepper |
Place pork in 3-4 quart slow cooker and top with fruit. Pour apple juice over pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours until pork is tender.Categories
