Beef Stew

Makes 6 servings

Beef Stew with McCormick seasoning, baby red potatoes, onions, celery, peas and carrots, and corn.

Ingredients
1 lb beef
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 small red potatoes, diced
1 cup peas and carrots
1 1/2 cups corn
1 1/3 cups water
16 tsp seasoning (1 package McCormick Beef Stew seasoning)
Directions
  1. Brown beef in heavy bottomed pan.

  2. Place vegetables and beef in slow cooker.

  3. Mix seasoning and water, pour over vegetables and beef.

  4. Mix contents of slow cooker.

  5. Cook on Low 8-10 hours.
