Nothing pretty to look at, but it's a decent sized omelette for 79 calories, high in protein and fiber, and could be a great dessert - just add a bit of cool whip! It really filled me up, too.

Ingredients
| 1/4 |
cup water |
| 1/2 |
banana |
| 1 |
egg white |
| 1/2 |
tbsp cinnamon |
Directions
- Pour the water with your mashed banana and microwave for about a minute.
- Mix in the egg white and add the cinnamon. You may want to use a blender to get the egg white really mixed in there - otherwise it'll turn out chunky.
- Pour into pan with cooking spray and wait for it to brown. You can try flipping this, but my attempt failed. I prepared it like scrambled eggs.
