| 1 | c coconut |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | c margarine |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
- Cream margarine and sugars.
- Beat in egg.
- Add mixed dry ingredients.
- Bake at 350* for 8 to 10 minutes.
