Cheese Souffle Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons grated cheese, Parmesan
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/3 cups skim milk, hot
4 large egg yolks
6 ounces cheese, asiago
5 egg whites
Directions
  1. make a roux with the butter, flour and spices

  2. add hot milk

  3. add cheese

  4. temper in the egg yolks

  5. whip up the whites and fold in

  6. bake for 25-35 min at 375
