| 10 | cups tomatoes, diced |
| 3 | cups onions, diced |
| 5 | cups peppers, green, diced |
| 8 | cups zucchini, diced |
| 8 | cups beans, snap |
| 4 | cups tomato juice |
- Put everything into a pot and simmer, covered for 20 to 30 minutes, or until all the vegetables are cooked.
- Serve hot.
- There is no need to add salt because of the salt in the tomato juice.
