Oatmeal Raisin Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup raisin
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup SPLENDA brown sugar blend
1/2 cup SPLENDA
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups Quaker oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
Directions
  1. 1.Combine eggs, vanilla, and raisins in a small bowl and cover.

  2. 2. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  3. 3. In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar and white sugar.

  4. 4. Sift together the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda, and stir into the creamed mixture.

  5. 5. Then, stir the raisin?s mixture, rolled oats, and nuts.

  6. 6. Drop the cookies dough by a scooper onto an unprepared cookie sheet.

  7. 7. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  8. 8. Cool the cookies on a rack.
