Blueberry muffins
| 3 | cups white flour |
| 1/2 | cups sugar |
| 1 | tbsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 3/4 | cup skim milk |
| 1/3 | cup vegetable oil |
| 1 | cup blueberries |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | cup margarine |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- In the small bowl, mix the egg, milk, and oil
- Make a well in the centwer of the flour mixture
- Pour the egg mixture and the blueberries into the well
- Stir until the flour is moistened (the batter will be lumpy)
- Fill the muffin hole until it's half full
- Bake for 20 minutes
