Aunt Sarah's Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Blueberry muffins

Ingredients
3 cups white flour
1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup blueberries
1 egg
1/2 cup margarine
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

  3. In the small bowl, mix the egg, milk, and oil

  4. Make a well in the centwer of the flour mixture

  5. Pour the egg mixture and the blueberries into the well

  6. Stir until the flour is moistened (the batter will be lumpy)

  7. Fill the muffin hole until it's half full

  8. Bake for 20 minutes
