Ingredients
4 ounces Turkey Sausage
5 large eggs
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 6 cup nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.

  2. In medium nonstick skillet over medium hight heat, cook sausage for 5 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink. Spoon mixture into bowl and cool slightly. Stir in the eggs. Evenly divide mixture among the prepared muffin cups.

  3. Bake 20 minutes or until egg is set
