Easy apple crumble recipe. Not low fat, but good for a treat. And it's fruit, so it's good for you! :)

Ingredients
4 apples, large, peeled, cored and diced
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter, cold
2 tsp cinnamon, divided
3 tbsp sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Cut the butter into small pieces, and mash together with your fingers until mixture is crumbly.

  3. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Put in a large bowl. Mix with 1 tsp cinnamon and 3 tbsp white sugar.

  4. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish.

  5. Pour apples into dish, top with crumble mixture. Cover with foil. Bake for about 45 minutes. Take the foil off for the last 10-15 minutes, until top is browned.
