cups granulated sugar |

tsp. baking powder |
| 2 |
tsp. cinnamon |
| 3/4 |
cup oil |
| 4 |
eggs |
| 3 |
cups carrots |
| 1 |
pound powdered sugar |
| 8 |
oz cream cheese |
| 1/2 |
cup butter |
| 1 |
cup pecans |
Directions
- mix all dry ingredients from first section and combine oil and eggs one at a time the add carrots
- bake 350 for 30 minutes in 8 inch round pans
- mix remaing ingredients in bowl and ice cake when cool
