Boiled Cookies Recipe

Boiled cookies made with quick oats and peanut butter. Warn people new to this recipe that it contains peanut butter.

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup 2% milk
3 tbsp. baking cocoa
1/4 cup butter
3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
  1. Combine sugar, mile, butter and cocoa.

  2. Bring to a full boil, remove from heat. Quickly add and dissolve peanut butter. Add quick oats and vanilla. Stir well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper. Let stand until dry
