A tasty treat for chocolate lovers!
|
Ingredients
| 4 |
oz butter, chopped and extra for greasing |
| 2 |
oz plain flour, plus extra for dusting |
| 100 |
g dark chocolate, broken |
| 4 |
dark chocolate mini bars, cut in halves (for middle) |
| 3 |
eggs |
| 3 |
oz caster sugar |
Directions
- Preheat oven at 390 degrees F. Butter and lightly flour muffin tray.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in microwave, roughly 2 minutes.
- Whisk eggs and sugar until mixture leaves a trial on top when whisk blades are lifted.
- Stir in flour, then chocolate mixture.
- Pour into muffin tray.
- Push in a cube of dark chocolate into center of each.
- Place on baking tray and bake 16-20mins.
- Cool for 5 minutes, and turn out onto plates.
- Serve warm or at room temp.
