Homemade peanut butter fudge
| 4 1/2 | cups sugar |
| 1 | can evaporated milk |
| 2 | sticks margarine |
| 1 | jar marshmallow cream |
| 2 | cups peanut butter |
| 1 | tbsp. vanilla (imitation works too) |
- Combine sugar, milk, and margarine in large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat slightly and boil for 7 1/2 minutes or until softball stage.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in vanilla, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream.
- Pour into cake pan and let set. Overnight is best.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
