Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Makes 40 servings


Homemade peanut butter fudge

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 sticks margarine
1 jar marshmallow cream
2 cups peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla (imitation works too)
Directions
  1. Combine sugar, milk, and margarine in large saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat slightly and boil for 7 1/2 minutes or until softball stage.

  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in vanilla, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream.

  5. Pour into cake pan and let set. Overnight is best.

  6. Cut into pieces and serve.
