| 2 1/2 | cups all purpose flour |
| 1 | cup (140g) raisin |
| 1 | cup butter |
| 1 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | cup white sugar |
| 2 | cups Quaker oats |
| 1 | cup chopped pecans |
| 1 | tsp ground cinnamon |
| 2 | tsps baking soda |
| 1 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 3 | eggs (132g), beaten |
- 1.Combine eggs, vanilla, and raisins in a small bowl and cover.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 3. In a large bowl, cream the margarine, splenda brown sugar and splenda white sugar.
- 4. Sift together the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda, and stir into the creamed mixture.
- 5. Then, stir the raisin?s mixture, rolled oats, and nuts.
- 6. Drop the cookies dough by a scooper onto an unprepared cookie sheet.
- 7. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- 8. Cool the cookies on a rack.
