Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Roasted Potatoes, great for cook-outs

Ingredients
8 small new potatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Directions
Chop potatoes into strips. Mix with all incredients in bowl, ensuring that all pieces are equally covered. Place on baking sheet and broil at 400 for approximately 30 minutes. Season to taste.
