adapted from Kraft.com...note that calories for the bread are NOT for light wheat bread, and also not calories for cheese are for full-fat cheese. I used Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat and 2% Shredded Cheddar. Egg Beaters are also off -- 210 total in a 15 oz carton. The total calories in the entire recipe are 993.

| 1 1/4 | cups skim milk |
| 4 | slices Whole Wheat Bread, cubed |
| 120 | grams fresh spinach |
| 104 | grams tomatoes |
| 106 | grams light cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 30 | grams grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 1 | tsp garlic powder |
- Beat eggs, milk and spices.
- Add the bread cubes and mix lightly.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a small rectangular baking pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until set.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
