Crock pot recipe
| 7 | skinless chicken drumstick |
| 1/2 | c chopped onion |
| 1/4 | c soy sauce |
| 1/4 | c chicken broth |
| 1 | T brown sugar |
| 1/2 | T ground ginger |
| 1 | T garlic powder |
| 1/2 | tsp black pepper |
| 2 | tsp sesame oil |
| 2 | tsp toasted sesame seeds |
- Place chicken in crock pot.
- Mix all other ingredients except the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cook on low for 5 hours.
- Remove cover. Skim off any fat. Add the sesame oil.
- Cook for another 30 minutes on HIGH.
- When serving top with sesame seeds. May be served over rice or pasta.
