Submitted by littleapplebunny

Makes 10 servings

Good with wine and cheese before a meal.

Ingredients
250 g Two cups wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon low or salt substitute
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup skim or soy milk
50 g sultanas
25 g A half cup Scottish Porridge Oats
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

  2. Combine flour, baking soda, porridge oats, and salt in a mixing bowl.

  3. Gently pour in the milk and honey; stir with a fork until a smooth ball of dough forms.

  4. Kneed dough well, and shape as desired on a cookie or baking sheet. Keep in mind that somewhat flatter shapes work best as the middle in rounder shapes may stay uncooked.

  5. Bake for 25-35 min, or until bread forms a nice brown crust.

  6. Should end up looking something like this:
