| 250 | g Two cups wholemeal flour |
| 1 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/2 | teaspoon low or salt substitute |
| 1/4 | cup plain fat-free yogurt |
| 1/2 | cup skim or soy milk |
| 50 | g sultanas |
| 25 | g A half cup Scottish Porridge Oats |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons honey |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
- Combine flour, baking soda, porridge oats, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Gently pour in the milk and honey; stir with a fork until a smooth ball of dough forms.
- Kneed dough well, and shape as desired on a cookie or baking sheet. Keep in mind that somewhat flatter shapes work best as the middle in rounder shapes may stay uncooked.
- Bake for 25-35 min, or until bread forms a nice brown crust.
