| 1 1/2 | lb canned crab meat (15141) |
| 1/4 | cup Original Miracle Whip (4027) |
| 1 | tbsp minced fresh parsley |
| 1 | tbsp minced fresh tarragon |
| 2 | tbsp minced scallions |
| 6 | oz low-fat cream cheese (1031) |
| 2 | eggs, beaten |
| 1 | tsp Dijon mustard |
| 3 | (?) English muffins, split and toasted |
| 6 | slices tomato |
- Combine the crab, Miracle Whip, parsley, tarragon, and scallions in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, eggs, and mustard.
- Spread the crab mixture over the English muffins. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top, and broil the muffins 6 inches from the heat source for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato slices and broil.
