This is the easiest fried rice to make. You can jazz it up by adding snow peas or use shrimp or chicken instead of the ham.
| 2 | cups Instant Rice |
| 3 | eggs |
| 150 | g cooked ham |
| 1 | tsp butter |
| 3 | tbsp Soy Sauce |
- Start by preparing 2 cups of uncooked rice and slicing the ham into 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch pieces
- Scramble the 3 eggs in the frying pan using the butter. When finished, add the ham.
- When the ham is warm, add rice and soy sauce.
- Mix well and enjoy.
