Submitted by bkipling

Makes 4 servings

This is the easiest fried rice to make. You can jazz it up by adding snow peas or use shrimp or chicken instead of the ham.

Ingredients
2 cups Instant Rice
3 eggs
150 g cooked ham
1 tsp butter
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
  1. Start by preparing 2 cups of uncooked rice and slicing the ham into 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch pieces

  2. Scramble the 3 eggs in the frying pan using the butter. When finished, add the ham.

  3. When the ham is warm, add rice and soy sauce.

  4. Mix well and enjoy.
