potato, sliced |

zucchini, sliced |

cup mushrooms, halved |

pound asparagus |
| 1 |
tbsp olive oil |
| 2 |
tbsp garlic |
| 2 |
tbsp parsley |
| 1 |
salt and pepper |
Directions
- line baking dish with potatoes. alternate layers of zucchini, mushrooms, cheese, garlic and parsley + salt and pepper. Put a layer of asparagus on top and drizzle olive oil over it.
- Bake at 350-400 for 40 minutes.
