Ingredients

tbsp cream cheese, fat free |
| 100 |
g 1% cottage cheese |
| 1 |
tbsp soy flour |
| 30 |
g matzo meal |
| 3 |
tbsp egg white |
| 1 |
small apple |
| 1 |
tsp vanilla extract |
| 2 |
tsp cinnamon |
Directions
- mix cream cheese (actually 8 tbsp of FAT FREE cheese) with cottage cheese, flour (optional depending on keeping kosher or not- can use matzo meal), egg, sweetener or 1/3 c sugar, vanilla. soak matzo and break into bits. place in dish and cover with sliced apples and cinnamon. spread cream cheese mix on top and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
