Whole wheat bread, homemade
|
Ingredients
| 2 |
cups water |
| 1/4 |
cup honey |
| 1 |
tbsp yeast |
| 6 |
cups whole wheat flour |
| 1 |
tbsp salt |
Directions
- dissolve yeast and honey in water
- add 3 cups flour
- let rise 2-3 hours
- add salt and remaining flour, knead for 10 min
- let rise another hour or so
- divide dough into two bread pans, let rise again
- bake 350 35 to 40 minutes
