Elbow Macaroni Salad Recipe

Adapted from Gannett News Service. macaroni onion powder tomato green pepper original Miracle Whip light sour cream sweet pickle relish salt pepper cvt

Ingredients
8 ounces dry macaroni
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 medium tomato
1/2 small green pepper
1/2 cup original Miracle Whip (4027)
2 tbsp light sour cream (87270)
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In large bowl, mix onion powder, tomato and green pepper. Add Miracle Whip, sour cream, relish, salt and pepper, and mix again. Then add macaroni and toss to coat.

  3. Refrigerate before serving.
