| 1 | tbsp sweet pickle relish, drained |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp (1 T + 1 1/2 tsp) lemon juice |
| 1/4 | tsp seasoned salt (109841) |
| 1/8 | tsp pepper |
| 8 | slices whole wheat bread |
- Poach chicken on stovetop or in microwave. Drain, cool and cube. Combine with chopped celery in a bowl.
- Mix dressing, relish, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over celery and chicken mixture. Combine and chill.
