Easy salad for spring

Ingredients
1/2 cup white rice
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup black olives
1 cup spinach
1 1/4 tbs olive oil
Directions
  1. cook rice with chicken broth rather than water

  2. Once rice is cooked, fluff, and add other ingredients
