Makes 12 servings


roti skins (paratha)

Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 stick butter
1/2 cup water, warm
1 egg
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Directions
  1. mix all ingredients (make sure butter is room temp) in kitchen aid

  2. add more warm water if needed

  3. knead ~15-20 min and add 1-2 tbsp warm water ea 5min

  4. check softness (finger test)...continue kneading if necessary
