roti skins (paratha)
| 4 | cups flour |
| 1 | tbsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | stick butter |
| 1/2 | cup water, warm |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | cup evaporated milk |
- mix all ingredients (make sure butter is room temp) in kitchen aid
- add more warm water if needed
- knead ~15-20 min and add 1-2 tbsp warm water ea 5min
- check softness (finger test)...continue kneading if necessary
