Ingredients

cup self raising flour |
| 40 |
g chocolate, powder (2 tblsp) |
| 1 |
tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
cup water, or lemonade |
| 1 1/2 |
tblsp oil |
| 2 |
tsp vinegar |
Directions
- mix flour, chocolate, cinnamon and salt in one bowl
- mix water and oil in separate bowl
- add liquid to dry and stir until nice consistency
- add 2 tsp of vinegar
- pour into baking tin about 6''
- bake at 375ºF 30 - 45 minutes
