If you have trouble with the bacon getting done & crisp, I used the precooked bacon and they came out great! No bacon grease drippings to contend with and they were a snap to make. I used the recommended cooking time and temperature.
| 12 | ounces marinated artichoke heart quarters(1 jar), drained and liquid reserved (recommended: Luna Rosa) |
| 1/2 | pound center cut bacon(9 slices), cut in half (recommended: Oscar Meyer) |
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Wrap the artichoke heart quarters with the half slices of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
- Place on the baking sheet and drizzle with the reserved artichoke liquid.
- Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
