A light and delicious salad, can be main course or side salad.

Ingredients

cups romaine lettuce |
| 1/4 |
cup bell peppers |
| 1 |
ounces baby carrots (sliced) |
| 1 |
ounce dried cranberries |
| 2 |
ounces turkey (canned) |
Directions
- chop romaine fine
- sliver carrots fine
- chop bell peppers (red, green & yellow )
- place dressing in bottom of salad plate, place lettuce on top. sprinkle chopped vegetables on top of lettuce, sprinkle on dried cranberries, then turkey.
