Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Easy chicken dinner

Ingredients
24 oz skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup grated low fat mozzarella
3 tbsp dried parsley
Directions
  1. Flatten chicken breasts. Dip into egg, then into crumbs to coat.

  2. Spray skillet with Pam and brown chicken on both sides. Add sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley and simmer until cheese melts
