Asian cabbage/peanut slaw

good stuff

Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon scallion, chopped
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
2 cups broccoli, shredded
1/3 cup peanuts, salted
Directions
  1. combine vegetables

  2. combine dressing ingredients

  3. chop peanuts

  4. combine all and let marinate overnight
