15 ounces chick peas
2 cups cucumber
1/2 cup red onion
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped basil
Directions
mix all, add salt and pepper to taste, chill. Also good with mint instead of basil, or tomatoes added
