one person omelet

Ingredients
1 egg
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped green peppers
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp olive oil
1/16 tsp of salt
1/16 tsp of ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Scramble two eggs

  2. chop green peppers and onion

  3. cook and chop up 2 pieces of bacon

  4. Melt butter in small omelet pan, add onion and green peppers. Saute until soft. Add scrambled eggs and bacon. Cook according to taste.

  5. Serve with 1/2 orange sliced thinly.
