| 1 | egg |
| 1 | oz cheddar cheese |
| 1 | tbsp chopped green peppers |
| 1 | tbsp chopped onion |
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
| 1/16 | tsp of salt |
| 1/16 | tsp of ground black pepper |
- Scramble two eggs
- chop green peppers and onion
- cook and chop up 2 pieces of bacon
- Melt butter in small omelet pan, add onion and green peppers. Saute until soft. Add scrambled eggs and bacon. Cook according to taste.
- Serve with 1/2 orange sliced thinly.
