Ingredients

pounds red potatoes |
| 1/4 |
cup extra virgin olive oil |

tbsp lemon juice |
| 1 |
tsp salt |
| 1/2 |
tsp oregano |
| 1/2 |
tsp thyme |
| 1 |
tbsp rosemary |
| 1/4 |
tsp paprika |
| 1/2 |
tsp pepper |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Wash, rinse, and quarter potatoes
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and spices in large bowl. Mix well.
- Add potatoes and toss.
- Arrange on oiled baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes.
- Turn potatoes every 15 minutes.
- Serve immed.
