Lebanese Salad
| 2 | cups romaine lettuce |
| 1/4 | cup cucumbers |
| 1/4 | cup onions |
| 2 | tbs parsley |
| 3 | tbs olive oil |
| 2 | tbs lemon juice |
| 1 | tsp minced garlic |
| 1 | salt and pepper |
Toss romaine, cucumbers, onions, parsley in a bowl. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic in a salad mixer. Add to lettuce mixture and salt and pepper to taste.Categories
